What are the costs for TekPlus program ?
Monthly fee is 9.99$. Although there is the option of doing a single payment 109.89$ (1 year) or 209.79$ (2 years).
When I need a Tek at home, is there a fee ?
Yes there is a fee. When there is a regular service call (regular 60$), the cost becomes only 30$ (50% reduction).
Same goes for when you need another installation for a tv on the wall (regular 109.99$) becomes only 55$.
If I need parts, do I pay full price or will I have a rebate ?
Absolutely ! Being a TekPlus member, you pay what we pay and nothing more.
I have more than one tv, are they all covered by 1 program ?
One program covers all your electronics in your house.
If I have a problem with one of my electronics, do you need to come to be able to make everything work again ?
With all the information we take on our first visiti (ex: Where the illico is plugged + remote picture) we are able to help you by phone,
text, email or live chat from our website or fb. If we are unable to figure out the problem or you absolutely wish for a Tek to pass by, we will take
the closest appointment to go and fix the problem.
How long does it take to have a Tek pass by ?
It all depends on the time we receive the demand for a Tek. For example : it is 8:45pm and you aren't able to get the tv working. We will do our best
by phone or other means to get it working. If a visit is required, we will be able to pass at the earliest time available the next day. If you call for the
problem at 10am, we will send someone out in the next few hours (usually 2-3)
What type of payments do you take ?
For the monthly payments, we use an automatic system the takes the amount on the same day on a credit card
It is also possible to do the payment by interac transfer. The demand for payment will be done by us.
